Well it's Friday here, so here I go:

SW: 134
Week1 : 133
Week 2: 130.8
Week 3: 130.3

This week I didn't lose as much as I'd hoped, or as much as I probably should have - because I worked hard! But it's a half pound loss & I can't complain about that.

ETA I've really noticed a difference in my pant size this week, shorts I bought a little over a week ago are now too big & were replaced with smaller ones today (thank goodness for REALLY cheap sales at the outlet mall by my new house!!)

    Hi everyone!!

    25th January - 150lbs
    1st February - 148lbs

I had a goal for January to lose the 3 lbs that I put on over Christmas plus 5 more, well I managed 7 of those and I got into the 140's and I am happy happy happy!!! (I'm not sure if I'm supposed to put every weeks weight into each check in but I'm at work and trying to do this as quickly as possible, sshhhh)

    11th January - 146.6
    18th January - 145.1; lost 1. 5
    25th January - 143.6; lost 1.5
    1st February - 140.4; lost 3.2

    Total competition loss 6.2

My Aria scales that I normally use are not working, so I had to use a different set :grumble: . Therefore today's weigh-in is NOT accurate in comparison......no fanfare or drumroll required

Really annoyed about the scale issue.........will need to use my 'other' scales for a while :explode: .

    SW: 158
    Week1 : 156
    Week 2: 154
    Week 3: 153

I had a great week - balance of no bad eating (I even poured a glass of wine back in the bottle once I realized I didn't really want it!), and listening to when my body is hungry or full. Funnily though, I'm rarely hungry these days, which is leading me to eat less. I think my stomach has shrunk (??!!) and my cravings for junk have evaporated. This "cravings management" took 5 months of conscious effort, before becoming somewhat effortless these last few weeks.

I also managed a good strength training workout and I will endeavour to do more of these sessions through my non-cycling winter days.

Thanks Leila, for being such a motivator to us all!! I look forward to this every week.

    WEEK 3 - 157.8

I thought I weighed in last week. I don't know where it went but . Today I weigh 155.8. I am pleased with myself because it was my husband's birthday on the 30th and I messed up badly on that day. I got back and track and did good. When you mess up, it is important to get back on the wagon with dieting. I did the cabbage soup diet withlots of mushrooms and varied my spices in my soup each day.

    Starting weight=189 pounds
    Week 1 (1/18) weight = 187.2 pounds
    Week 2 (1/25) weight =184.4 pounds
    Week 3 (2/1) weight = 184.2 pounds

I am a little disappointed in this weigh in because on Tuesday (the day I record weight on MFP ) i was down to 184, but it is ok. Atleast it is a loss from last Friday. This coming week I hope to get back in to excercising.. I have been slacking this week.

    18th January --121
    25th January --120-LW
    1st February--119.5-CW

I have been very busy this past week. No running, but I have done circuit workouts with weights, some walking with my fiance, and I have done a whole lot of painting(exterior this week) My front yard is looking better each day, so I get satisfaction from that! My scale shows the 1/2 lbs as well, and only 1/2 lb loss this week. Still a loss, and I am very close to Goal Weight!
I like that I am in the "teens"

Hi Guys yippeeee the weigh in, did not weigh my self on week 2 it was a bit of a guess, have allowed for it in this weeks weigh in, The alternate day fasting is working for me over a 12 day spreed with the 13th and 14th day eat what and as much as i like, then Monday back to 600 cals then tuesday 1500 then 600 you get the idea, with the first weekend at 1500 for both days, The nice thing is that when i hit target weight of 210 pounds may go lower but want to see how i look first, 2500 cals a day sounds a feast, good luck everyone for week 4 :))

    Week 1-Lost 1 pound - 245 pounds
    Week 2-Lost 1 pound - 244 pounds
    Week 3-Lost 7 pound - 235 pounds
