Completed day 1 and 2. Was ever so sore before I started my quads gave me grief even though I have been doing yoga, new muscles being worked. Feel good after day 2 completed.0

Ok, tonight will be my first shot at the 30DS, I picked it up this weekend. I haven't measured myself and am frankly scared to.
I know my bust measurement, but thats all. I'll try to get the rest done tonight before I do my workout, but my starting weight for the 30DS is 201.1. My original starting weight on MFP was 205, but original starting weight before MFP was 225. My goal for the 30DS is going to be 20 lbs and a major tone-up.0 -

Ok, so!
30 days of bun punchin' complete!
I lost like an inch off the smallest part of my waist, and 1.5 off of the saggiest part of my belly! Woo!!
I definitely feel stronger and motivated to keep going.
