Weight and Measurements Day 1 & Day 30
I was thinking it would be a good idea to add our starting weight and measurements for before and after 30DS. What do you think?

HALFWAY! Soooo close to done! I'm thinking maybe I will shred again after a day or two off this weekend. Either that, or ripped in 30 if anyone wants to join me I really like checking in here for motivation.

HOLY CRAP WE'VE ALMOST REACHED 30 DAYS!! I'm going to slay these last three days. SLAY THEM!!! I'M COMING FOR YOU JILL. I can't believe I am saying this but I sort of don't want this to end. I am really contemplating starting over. But I really want to try the couch to 5k program! Has anyone done that?

Am I crazy or is today day 7? It'll be 30 days March 2nd right? I kicked buns today. Jumped so high on superman jumps or whatever the hell they're called, kicked my shins to my buns soo hard!

Can we just talk about those massive jump kicks at the end? What the heck! I find myself much stronger in the arms and stomach but my legs need to get stronger.
