    I go to One on One Athletic Club in Ann Arbor (Boardwalk) pretty regularly, and sometimes Powerhouse Gym in Saline. I primarily do weight training with some HIIT cardio (treadmill, jumping jacks, burpees). Feel free to send a friend request or message if you want to compare notes, provide reciprocal support and encouragement.
