I thought it would be fun for us to show our loved ones and ourselves a little extra "love" this February!
So starting February 1st lets see if we can add "LOVE" to our cooking in the shape of hearts! Just a little touch here and there to make someone smile! (ourselves included!)
If you find other items or design that look "valentine worthy" please feel free to do that too....
So post up your pictures!!!! I look forward to seeing them!!!!
These were mine from last year (as an example)

Well since I do not know how to add a photo, go here:
https://www.google.com/search?q=heart+shaped+cakes&hl=en&tbo=u&tbm=isch&source=univ&sa=X&ei=FnEOUYRayeTJAcvtgbgG&ved=0CGIQsAQ&biw=1600&bih=775
This shows images of heart shaped cakes. It is easier than you think. All you need is one square cake pan and one round both need to be same size. Example, 8 inch square and 2 inch deep 8 inch round 2 inch deep. Once cake is baked and cooled cut circle in half, angle your square cake with a point at north, and place one half of circle at left and right straight edge at top of square respectively. Wala a heart!0 -
