Hi BWLW Ladies! Are you joining us for our February Weight Loss Challenge?
This month we will focus on and commit to 3 main GOALS:

We will commit to “Eating Clean”.

We will keep a food diary of EVERYTHING we eat for 3 WEEKS – Feb 4 – 24, 2013

We will commit to exercising 5 days per week for a minimum of 45 minutes per day.


Many of the members will be tracking their food intake right here on My Fitness Pal.
