Day 4 Week 1

So its one in the morning and I just finished working out... CRAZY huh I just didn't want to miss out on anything so after work I went to the movies with some friends got home pretty late and decided that since I had cheated "having popcorn" at the movies I had to work it off... besides I really needed to get this work out in since as i started on tuesday and aim to work out 6 days per week I couldn't slip today.... so I did the workout and the moves didn't seem as had ... well except for the pushups those I'm having a hard time with.... anyways I just wanted to check in.... and see how were you all doing!!!! G-night

Yeah, my day 4 was yesterday and I did half regular push ups and half knee push ups.
I did day 5 today since I did not start until Tuesday and I was able to do all regular pushups! Also, I tried to do the advanced oblique ab move and had to go back to modified. :ohwell: I am taking Sunday off and will start week 2 on Monday and then try to do a 6 day week next week. I am having fun with it and I see a difference already, less bloating for sure!0 -
that sounds great ... as a matter of fact i just finished day 5 and was for the first time able to complete the workout without any breaks and do all the regular push ups... I feel great and love being able to see results in my performance.... tomorrow i will do day 6 and let you know how it goes.. since i started on tuesday I am counting last monday as my rest day for week 1 and will start week 2 on monday and rest sunday ... then at the exact middle of the program I will weight and measure myself and let you know how it goes ... personally when i know someone's results on something I get 2 things:
1. a competitive itch to do better than that person and
2. encouraged by a goal of what is achievable....

Done week 1, day 4! Didn't burn as many calories as day 3. Guess I'm getting better and stronger.
I am noticing that I can do more of the side oblique crunch things. Plus I am using 5lb dumbbells, I used 2.5 dumbbells the first 2 days. I don't like the cardio part, I dont know why. Lol. I enjoy the 3 minute strength the most.
I may need to mute day 5 as I don't know how much more of her voice I can handle. I don't really like her, but I do enjoy the workouts so far.0
