Day 5 of week 1 complete. I missed the last few days due to work and whatnot, and yesterday I was so extremely exhausted I pretty much slept all day. It went well today. I am going to do one more week 1 and begin week 2 after that. I am very much looking forward to a new workout!!

I find it utterly tedious to do the exact same workout over and over day after day. I got sick of 30-day Shred by 1/2 way thru level one. So I'm going to take longer to finish by mixing up the videos alternating days. Anyone else tried this or want to?
So this morning, I got up and went to shower, and noticed in the mirror that my belly looked smaller. I noticed it instantly. So it seems things are happening with this workout. Pounds arent dropping yet, but the bloat is going down!
