Working on Week 2, after reading some of the posts I am motivated to complete all 6 days this week, instead of three this week and three next week. My version of Ripped in 60 --
I have to say my arms are sore --- but in a good way.

Lol! I was joking that its gonna be Ripped in 80 for me. I completed week 1, and am just so exhausted lately I havent started week 2. I have every intention of doing it, i just have to battle sometimes to get moving (health issues). I am hoping to start week 2 today, and really do my best to do it this coming week. I am planning on doing it before work this week.0

FInally started week 2! Day 1 complete! I found it a lot harder than week 1, to be expected. Some of the moves were so awkward for me to do. Im very uncoordinated!
Burned 295 calories so I'm happy about that. I had a tough time with the mountain climbers, right after the plank jacks!!
Day 2 tomorrow!0 -
great job! Sticking with it is all anyone can do! Keep at it. It has actually become pretty fun for me. I may be cursing it while doing it, but I always love the feeling after!0

Just did day 2 of week 2 this morning. Some of the moves were a tad easier. I hate a lot of them though. I dont feel like i gave it my best effort, although I did burn 277 calories. I am not a morning exerciser yet. Im trying to be though.
I really want this week over with.0 -
Just did week 2, day 3! I still cannot do the mountain climbers right after the plank jacks! I enjoy a few of the moves, like the sumo squat tricep extension, and the one where you do the chest press on the ground while raising your butt.
Hopefully get day 4 done tomorrow!0
