RESULTS!!!!!

How did you do with RI30?????

I always find that sharing results helps motivate people that are thinking of starting a fitness program so here are my results!!!

Weight: 134.9 lbs - 127.6lbs = 7.3 lbs LOST!!!!

Bust: 35.4 in - 34.6 in = 0.8 in

Waist: 29.1 in - 27.2 in = 1.9 in

Hips: 36.2 in - 35 in = 1.2 in

Body Fat :24% - 20% = 4% Body Fat LOST!!!1

Body Fat Category: Fit - Athletic!!!

    fantastic! I applaude you for sticking with it. I am still on week 2. I have taken up jogging so I am just doing Jillian when I feel like it.
