    I'm going to try to do 30DS on the days that I don't go to Jazzercise. Jazzercise is a lot more fun!

    30 days straight, with 4 days running a week.

    I don't think I"ll do it straight and I plan on using it for more than 30 days.

    I want to alternate 30DS days with my other cardio/toning/yoga. On 30DS days I might do some yoga as well well to keep from getting super tight or some light fun cardio for an added burn. I also don't want to do too much since I have to be able to walk for my job that keeps me on my feet a lot.

    I tried to sign up in JM official website, and there she was suggesting to have 2 days off of the week
    Saturday and Tuesday
    Monday and Friday
    or,
    Sunday and Thursday..

    So I guess Levels are meant to be done in 5 days TOTAL not in a row.. and having 2 days off to heal and build muscles
