i've been really muscular my whole life, so when i'm 200lbs, i have less than 20% body fat; my goal's 195, but i've been letting everything slide recently, so i'm up at 260 (which is down 23lbs, so yay, me!)0 -

Hi, are you me? JK., but are numbers are super similar. I'm 27, 5'9.5" or so, and 147 pounds, with a goal of 130-135.
The weight is coming off slowwwwwwly! But what works for me: Cutting down on alcohol has helped a lot. I love beer but it adds so many calories. Also, I've started doing Zumba. I normally stick to elliptical and maybe some sit-ups, so this is working muscle groups that haven't been used in a long time. It's also a lot of fun and an easy way to get 60 minutes of cardio in.0 -
