In need of some motivation to get down my gym more often and maybe I can help someone else.
So looking for someone to meet up for some gym time maybe coffee or beer :drinker: after.
Probably looking for someone of a similar size so I don't go to crazy trying to keep up with you, but this isn't a 100% necessity.

I'm meeting my cousin next week and I think he's just joined Kingfisher. (He lives on the other side of Fairfield.) I will ask him if he's looking for a gym buddy - he's fairly new to training, too.

I'd be up for it. Could do training at Motspur Park and Fairfield in summer. Discuss ideas. Beer along the Thames.

We run with the stragglers on a Monday evening. Meet in the Albion about 70 -
Not really ready for running yet.
I have a good walking pace, but I've still a lot to lose. Made a note of the website though (thanks Google).
