Anyone doing any during the month of February?

I'm toying with the idea of just trying to work on time and pace this month and then register for something in March.

    I have never been a runner, but I think it is awesome that you are! Are your legs better from last your last race?

    It's a busy month. I fell to peer pressure to sign up with everyone. I hope I survive! lol

    Dixie - I think so yes. I actually did intervals (run/walk) Saturday and that worked for me. I'm going to still take it slow and ease back into it though.

    Sleaux - WOW those are some long distances! You are dedicated! My husband works for Amedisys but there is no way I can do a 10K. I may sign up for the 1 mile though. Dunno yet. I'm actually eye-ing the zombie run that is in April in NOLA. Also, the Charlotte Murray Pace Memorial run in March too.

    I'll have to look into the zombie run. They had one NOLA in october but I had other stuff on my schedule.
