I have no idea what happen. I started incorporating weight training and I gained weight instead of losing weight. Very discouraged0

I've only lost 0.6 this week. I feel like I'm getting stuck. I'm going to make it through this though!

I lost 2.2 pounds this week. Should be more since on Friday I was a t a 4.4 pound loss. Seems like every Monday it goes up. So I'm changing my official weigh on day to Fridays!!0

no loss, no gain..but no loss at all since this challenge started...
took measurements (which i do about once a month) no change there either..
keep telling myself i will NOT get discouraged....
obviously want/need to lose more but i know me, once i get discouraged i will gain what i had worked hard to lose already.
but its hard ..
after losing the 40+lbs and then plateauing i have:
1-joined MFP in novmeber thinking that will help ...
2-joined this challenge in janauray thinking that will help
and now i just 3- started the C25K challenge thinking that will help......(just finished week 1)
so far still same weight (up and down the same 3 lbs) as i was before doing all these things..0 -

Im a little disappointed because i gained 1.5 pounds back. However, i had to stop running due to complications from my foot surgery. I will be getting special braces for my ankles next week and will be able to resume working out so i am keeping my head up, focusing on good food this week, and pumping myself up for some killer workouts next week!0
