2nd week weigh-in

I lost 8 lb first week but gained 2 lb second week < Sigh>. I'll blame it on water retention. lol. I'm at the gym 4-5 times a week. Usually get there between 11-1. I'm afraid of taking classes, I don't think I could keep up and would feel embarrassed. Steve's going to work with me tomorrow on some weight training. :happy:

roseredman: please do not feel embarrassed to come to a class! I did jens bootcamp class Saturday and had to take a few rests and ive been working out for a while! No worries! we are all there for the same reason and we all have to start some where: ) good for you for taking control!0
