    Katie, I do get tightness in my chest sometimes but I'm asthmatic. I have my inhaler and sometimes have to sit down for a bit. Crud in your lungs or an infection might cause a similar feeling but it's only one possibility so do get it checked out.

    My success for the week:

    Mon - Rest
    Tues - Rest
    Wed - NMTZ - KA
    Thurs - Yoga Meltdown L1 - KA
    Fri - 6W6P L1 - Second time I've tried 6W6P and it made my buns sore!
    Sat - BFBM - Avoiding BFBM for awhile, I pulled something in my leg last weekend while doing it and I've been modifying this week. Did 30DS instead.
    Sun - 30DS L 1& 2

    I had to modify this week a little bit from my plan since I ended up going out with co-workers after work on Fri. This is how my week actually went...

    Monday - 30 Day Shred Level 2
    Tuesday - Ripped in 30 Level 2
    Wednesday - No More Trouble Zones
    Thursday - 30 Day Shred Level 2
    Friday - Rest
    Saturday - Ripped in 30 Level 2
    Sunday - Cardio (Going for a run - shooting for 3 miles)

    Sat - JM Ripped in 30 + Ladens LBT - STILL LAID UP WITH THE CHEST PAIN
    Sun - JM Killer Buns and Thighs + Ladens LBT - I changed this to JM Ripped in 30 and then I did 30 mins of Billy Blanks Taebo Abs and Glutes

    So I managed a workout yesterday (Sunday) yay!! It felt good, slight chest pain, wondering if it is a pulled muscle because it only hurt when I did things like arm circles but not when I was doing the cardiovascular type moves!!

    Also I have stopped wearing the HRM with chest strap, the chest strap is obviously run on electrical transmitter to the watch on my arm, and I have read that they can interfere with the heart rhythm!! So I will no longer be wearing that "just in case" whilst I get a second opinion from my health assessment!! Once my heart is definitely ruled out I might go back to wearing the HRM although I am not particularly comfortable with how it monitors the heart rate having read up on it!! :-)

    Anyway - today (Monday) is a new day / week and I plan on getting myself back into the exercise and losing those 2.5 inches I have gained :-(

    Mon - 6W6P Level 1 & NMTZ - Completed.... Definitely didn't kick *kitten* per my calorie burn.... I don't know if my HRM just didn't read well yesterday or if I just had to much on my mind during the workout....

    Tues - Cardio Kickbox - Completed - Also did the Core circuit of NMTZ

    Wed - RI30 Level 1 & NMTZ/BFBM - We were suppose to have reallly bad storms here. So I only did R130, which is aprox 30 minutes. SO I am going to make up the 30 minutes of NMTZ and BFBM today.

    Thurs - 30DS Level 1 - Completed... Also made up for the time missed on Wednesday

    Fri - Shred it WIth Weights Level 1 BFBM - Completed

    Sat - Rest

    Sun - Rest - Stacked Firewood...

    JUST WANTED YOU ALL TO KNOW THAT I DIDNT SLACK AND I FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH MY WORKOUTS:

    Monday: rest

    Tuesday: BFBM + (personal trainer challenge workout- 300 jumpropes, 30 push ups, 60 sit ups and 90 squats) GOT IT DONE WITH A 527 CALORIE BURN!!!!

    Wednesday: NMTZ + (perosnal trainer workout- 7 rounds= 5 push ups, 10 v ups, 15 jump squats and finish the rounds with 300- 500 jump ropes) DONE BURNED 412 CALORIES

    Thursday: BFBM + 30 min walk DONE BURNED 520 CALORIES!

    Friday: NMTZ (didnt do the full video only 4 circuits) + walk DONE BURNED 382 CALORIES!

    Saturday: Rest (maybe a hike) + Yard Cleaning DONE BURNED 1020 CALORIES

    Sunday: Beach Body Class - DONE BURNED 557 Calories

    GAINED WEIGHT! TRYING NOT TO LET THIS BOTHER ME!
