    LMAO! So far 30 minutes treadmill walking, 20 minutes lower body pilates. Think I'll finish off with 10 minutes of jump rope & call it a night.
  • Yeah...I was super motivated to do this challenge but I'm losing interest fast! I think I'll go try to find another group.

    Did 5 miles on the treadmill today!! Will improvise til Gary returns... and pray all is well with his family!

    I did Friday's today plus 2.5 miles of walking!
