    I lost track, but Im at 176.4 this morning... think i started at 174.4.... was at 179 for the past 2 weeks... so thats a small accomplishment...the scale went down this morning.

    I lost another pound! I was away all weekend so didn't post last Friday. Man, a pound a week is not very gratifying compared to the stuff you see on TV, but I just think about what things will be like 6 months from now, and I know I'm doing the right thing.

    I lost .4 lbs this week. Unfortunately, it kicks me out of the Survivor Challenge, but it is still a loss. That just means that to reach my goal fo 265 by 2/14, I have to lose .6 this week. I am not giving up. We can do this. Good luck to everyone this week.

    I am kind of shocked at the loss this week. But I got an exercise bike that I have been adding into my exercise. I guess it's helping!
