Okay, guys, I am going to suggest doing these 3 videos today plus a walk/jog/run. If you do not have weights, use soup cans/ large canned veggies or gallons of water/milk.
Tabata workouts are quick, get the heart pumping and they are a GREAT jumpstart for any workout routine.
Modify the exercises if you have to but try to complete all 3 videos today!
Follow this with 2 miles walking/jogging or running.

I will do this when I get home tonight though I will do my two miles at lunchtime provided I don't get called into any meetings. Thanks for posting SuzMac. :happy:

did two miles at lunch (actually 1.5 mile elliptical, and 1 mile walk/run intervals). will do the videos this evening.0

I appreciate you trying to keep us going. I really liked Gary's challenges because I was able to print them out and not be stuck to a computer or device to workout. I just don't have that kind of access.
So, I watched the videos and was able to do the exercises as best as I could but did it in sets of 10 because I didn't have a timer.
Are there some past groups that had challenges like Gary is giving us that I can copy and follow?
I want fatty to die and am not giving up!!

I did these in addition to the posted workout for today, and they are fantastic! I don't think I've ever sweated so much doing a workout at home :laugh:0

A little over 2.5 miles and the tabatas done! And can I just say I STILL dislike Burpees! :laugh:0

I am subscribed to her site, love her style and simplicity. Fitness Blender on youtube is another good site for HIIT workouts.
