Mind, Body and Spirit is the focus this week. This may be difficult for all us busy ladies but in addition to all our healthy eating and butt kicking we need to center ourselves. Take a few minutes every day, even if it is just 2 minutes, and clear your mind.
Try "Square Breathing," this is when you sit or lay down and focus on your breathing by inhaling for a count of four, hold for a count of four, exhale for a count of four, hold for a count of four(don't forget to reapeat :laugh: ) Try this for as long as you can, it is actually tough at first. This also aids in falling asleep if you have any trouble with that.
