Our challenge for today is to plan out our workouts for the week and if possible our meals so that we make sure we're doing what we need to do.
Also, as an added challenge let's do 50 sit ups.

Hey Vixens anyone else out there? Need some chatter. Did my sit ups yesterday. Working on a meal plan. Plan to work for sure Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday for at least an hour - I put it on my calendar. Hope everyone else is doing fine.0

I plan to work out tonight, wednesday, thursday, and likely friday. Saturday is usually my off day and then Sunday I do a work out.
Friday is iffy, because my friend and brother are trying to set me up that night. Haha. We will see how that goes0 -
So my plan was to do cardio yesterday, today, thursday and Friday. Yesterday didn't happen because of the car accident I was in and I am taking today off just as a precaution since my body is a little sore. I did workout with my yesterday morning before I left for work. Tomorrow I'll be doing upper body, Thursday core and cardio and Friday lower body and cardio. Saturday Chris and I generally go for a 2-3 hour walk and Sunday we're cleaning and rearranging furniture so I won't be working out that day.
I definitely find putting my workouts in my calendar and treating them like any other appointment in my calendar definitely helps me to do them.0
