Hi everyone,
I just joined this group as want to challange myself and actually sweat! Only started exercising in the last 2 weeks or so and feel my fitness is gettin there however im not actually breaking a sweat so I could push myself harder. From now 5/2/13 I pledge to @ least sweat for 30 mins a day until the end of march.. I will then report my weight loss from now till then.
