3 months post op - how many calories??

I am almost 3 months post op and eating about 750-800 cal per day.
I'm finding myself very hungry the last few days........................ Cant decide if I need to up my calories a little or not.
I'd like to gauge how many calories others are eating. Thanks for the input

Well, I am a month behind you and I eat around 700-800. I think it depends on your exercise levels. You might try adding a little more and see what happens. In any case, I always recommend talking to your doctor to see what he/she thinks.0

My doctor says to stay under 900, so you could probably get away with a few more as long as you up your activity level!0
