So, I didn't lose but I didn't gain - I can live with that, considering I expected to gain after the week I had. I'm determined to do better this week - going to make up for this lack of a loss.0 -

Even though i lost another pound i can tell im slowing down which i was afraid of...need to switch so stuff up because i definitely do not want to go to exile island!0 -
