First time without stopping

Yesterday was day 7 level 1 and it was the first time I could complete the work out without stopping. How does that compare to everyone else? Im thinking I should have been able to do that days ago!

Also, when I start level 2, will it be back to scratch, as in I wont be able to complete the whole workout without stopping?

On the plus side, I am really noticing a difference, expecially in my stomach, I even had to wear a belt on my jeans at the weekend.
Tomorrow morning is weigh in :)

    Thats amazing...congrats! Nice when pants are loose woohoo! And yes i would say back to square one come level two! It kicks my *kitten* lol...level one is easy to me now, love that i can do everything without stopping, i still have problems with pushups...do them girly still but i still do them so ha :-) cant wait till i fly through level two!!! Maybe after you finish level two you will need new pants :bigsmile:

    Yeah Im finding level one totally doable now. Looking forward to getting blasted in level 2.
