Started taking Coconut oil

I just started taking Coconut Oil. Day 2. Feel more energetic. Any thoughts or success stories while taking it

I read recently that depending on what your current weight is, you should be taking a certain amount of coconut oil. My understanding was that if you're over 145-150 lbs, you should be taking 3 tbsp/day. Over 175 is 4.
Not sure what your current weight is, but you may be taking too little. How have you been feeling since you started? (I haven't started yet and am curious!)0 -
I feel great. I have more energy at night which is nice...I just picked up the book coconut oil miracle....Ill see what it suggests0

Where can you get in the uk. they had a jar in tesco but it was £7!!0

What does the coconut oil do for the thyroid? I keep hearing about it but never knew why it was a good supplement to the thyroid. Is it high calorie? Does it affect any other health issue? (I have to stay away from soy) Information appreciated!0

Hmmm...went on livestrong site. From what I read virgin coconut oil may help my pre-diabetes as well as thyroid. Going to go shopping for it & give it a try.0
