30 Day Shred

Hey Sistas!!
So I saw people talking about the 30 day shred...so I am going to try it for myself!!! My day one weight was 208lbs (as seen in my profile pic), I got a lot of people not believing my weight, saying i don't weight that much, but I do. regardless of what people say, it doesn't matter, I am doing this for me, not them. I am on Day 5 Level 1 :smile: I'll post my results when I am done with my 30 days!! Keep up the good work ladies! :wink:

    Also on day 5 well six now considering its 3 am n e waysss and also level one really excited for the results when its over!! Good luck to you on your 30 day journey: )

    I have had that dvd for over a year and never really did it..smh. I have tried Insanity for the past few days, but all of the jumping really hurts my knees (I had knee surgery as a child). SO I decided this morning to get going with 30 day shred. But would like to get some pointers. Do you only do one level at a time or all of them? my goal is to work out for 45 to 60mins a day, so not sure if I should combine it with another video..cardio conditioning by Bob Harper. It has a 20min butts and balance which uses weight. Just wondering how other people are mixing it up so workouts don't get boring.

  • Hey I bought the 30 Day Shred DVD Saturday. I was too chicken to start this week, but I have plans on starting next week. Please let me know how that's going for you and I will do the same when I start.
  • Frencella I'm sure it's on line. You can buy it at Amazon. I bought my DVD at WalMart for 10.00 bucks.
  • I think you start out with level one the first week and so on. At this point you might not want to mix it up. I believe the further you get into the weeks the hard it gets. I plan on doing the Shred in the morning and some cardio with more dance movements in the evening.

    Hey Ladies! Im doing the 30 day shred too! Day 7! I plan on doing level 1 for 10 days, 2 for 10 days, and 3 for 10 days! It's a great workout and I put on my own music in the background and it really motivates me! I also combine it with my turbo fire workouts!
