omg, 10 rounds?! I did 150 DU today and am beat.0

I can't do DU's good. So I might as well do triples. That means 720 singles. OMG!0

Do 315 on the Deadlifts. Go big!0

Thats fine with me, but I gotta get me a jump rope. Don't know how the hamstring will like the deads tonight.0 -
Oh don't do it if your hammy is bothering you. The doubles prob won't help it either. I add heavier weight to any wod that I have to scale one of the movements. Which is usually muscle ups and pistols.0

Its got me nervous already. If I don't learn the DU's I won't RX em.0

I've never done this WOD. It's the volume that'll be a killer.0

Bradshaw is rough. And the first time I did it we were smack in the middle of Hero Week (6 Hero WODs in one week).0

I wanted to do singles (it's WAY easier) but in my box if you can do double unders, you have to do them. I can get like 10 in a row and then hit my toes and have to restart.
Let us know how it goes! Hero week terrifies me.0 -
How you do man?!? Took me like 50 mins to do my boxes wod last night0

Got 8 rounds done before the 40 minutes was up. Hamstring started hurting, then I started doing one legged jump ropes and almost one leg deadlifts. Hammy wasn't gonna let me finish. The hand stand push ups were ok and the pull ups too. Everyone else did great, I felt like crap for not finishing under the time limit. I'm taking off til Monday on working out to see how the hamstring feels.0
