Hope it's ok that i started for the people who weigh in at the beginning of the week. I will weigh in on Friday. I'm trying to only weigh myself once a week.

    Hello everyone! I haven't behaved well this week... I've just been too busy, but here any weight lost is a win and I'll take it!

    Weighting only once a week is a good decision. To be honest I have to stop myself from getting on the scale in the mornings, but when I do it too often I just see my weight go up because of normal week fluctuations... Then I get all sad and when I weight again the right day (Mondays for me), I can actually see I lost some weight and I was sad for no reason. Just tell us your weight at any point during the week! We'll be here to support you and celebrate! :-)

    Thank manenina. Thats why I decided to just weigh myself once a week.

    Wow mjpTennis that's a lot of calories! I burn about half of that a week doing P90X.

    I have also tried weighing myself more often than once a week - once is the way to go as I thought I had put it all back on and felt quite low. Those are the times I am likely to eat more and undo any good.
