Options
Day 31 is upon us...bring it on!

I read this on Facebook yesterday and I thought it was soooooo funny but also made me realize that we have different options to achieve our goal - that if one didn't work, there's always another way.

I'd like to add that if you can't crawl, ROLL and yes, keep moving and sweating!

    I walked 5 miles today for 68 minutes. :)

    I am about to lift some weights... does anyone know how to adjust calories for that?

    Was going to take the day off, BUT!! I was gonna do only 30 min, BUT, did 45min of running. 3.18miles...
    3rd straight day of running so proud of myself! Have a great night pals

    did a little more than an hour on the treadmill and then 30 day shred!

    I walked 6446 steps for a Distance of 2.65 miles!
    Did 200 standing dumbell deltoid flies
    and 125 sumo squats
    20 half calf raises.

    Nothing for me AGAIN , but I wanted to update you guys ..

    I know MerRock Had a business trip this week- so That's why she hasn't been checking in .. just in case anyone wondered what happened to her !!!

    On a side note : We had a Graduation for a class at my work and i ate nearly a whole days calories in the Snacks ..
    Sooo bummed .. BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP !! hahahhaah :drinker:

    Took an easy today. Just walked fast paced 30 minutes.
