I just could not be bothered today and you know what, I dont even feel guilty :laugh: I probably wont do it tomorrow either because I am nightshift tonight and wont get to bed tomorrow as I have a delivery to due arrive at some point.
What I do plan on doing next week (I am on holiday) is to make up for lost time and do it twice each day :happy:

Don't feel guilty for giving your body a break. Giving your body time to rest and repair is just as important.0 -
Wouldnt twice a day be a bit much? Not that i doubt you could rock it out it just seems a lot for one day.0

Today is Feb 7....I just did Day 5. Sometimes your body just needs a break, and there is no shame in that. Don't feel guilty. Just don't give up!0

Just throw the dvd on next week and you will be ready to nail it again! It's okay if life gets in the way for a day or two....just keep going and you will be sooo proud of yourself!!!0
