I walked for 2 miles (34 minutes) & did Day 1 Level 1 of Ripped in 30 (34 minutes). My total for today was 68 minutes. :smile:

    walked for 2 hours on a 4% incline while studying and then did 30 day shred. I'm on day 7 but find that it's still tough. does it get easier? maybe when i move to circuit 2 things will get better...

    I was just going for a quick walk. And ended up jogging and walking for 62 min. So a big pat on the back...

    33 mins plus another 15 mins of a Diff Cardio workout !!!!
    OMG I am So happy !!

    45 Mins !!! (Ipod Tracked it at 246 Calories , but better than nothing !!!!)

    I walked Steps 12777 Distance 5.25 miles
    100 dalf raises
    and 30 minutes of weight lifting lifting and moving heavy tables mostly by myself
    As well as doing weights at home.
