Lost almost 40 lbs and got down past my goal weight (which was originally 120). I started trying to tweak my new body and get some definition. These were taken back in March of last year. I weighed 110 lbs. I was running and doing workouts like the Shred. My workout pants were a size medium I think.... It's taken me almost a year to be brave enough to post these. Eeeekkk!
These were taken in the past couple of weeks. I'm still running but I'm eating like a boss and am lifting weights 2-3 times per week . I'm around 114, in a size 4 (sometimes a 2 in certain brands when my running mileage is lower and I'm not holding on to extra cortisol in my belly). I'm not a She Hulk yet but I'm working on getting as ripped as I can. I love feeling strong and I love hearing people say "she never eats" then seeing their faces when they watch me pack it away like a teenage boy.

Thanks guys. I hope to post some pics with some MAJOR beefed up muscles at some point. I just need to get this half marathon out of my way (on 2/24) and I can get back to running lower miles which will help my muscle building more.0
