This week is going to be a very busy week at work. I will give it my best shot.
Monday - 60 minutes of walking
Tuesday - 60 minutes (45-minute Walk and 15 minutes of Rockin' Body)
Wednesday - 45 minutes of Walking
Thursday - 90 minutes (Ripped in 30, Calisthenics, and Walking)
Friday - 100 minutes (JM Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and Walking)
Total = 355
Left to go = 145 left to go
I don't think I'm going to make 500, but I'll give it my very best!0 -

2/4: 45 mins walking briskly; 45 mins treadmill Level 3.5 mph.=90 mins.
2/5: 120 mins walking leisurely.=210 mins.
2/6: 45 mins walking briskly; 30 mins treadmill level 3.5 mph=75 mins.=285
2/7: 45 mins walking briskly. 30 mins..Zumba= 75=360
2/8: 60 mins walking briskly, 45 mins. treadmill level 3.5 mph=105=465 mins. total
2/9: 45 mins. walking briskly, 30 Zumba=75 mins.=540 mins. total
2/10 45 mins. walking briskly, 15 mins Zumba=60 mins.=600 mins. total.0 -
Had to work my butt off today (kindof what im hopping for ) But I did it!!! With this challenge I've learned not to procrastinate!!! Ready to start the new week with you guys0

Well did not get a workout in yesterday so only made it to 415 this week, but I feel pretty good about as my workouts last week were very intense!0
