So I am looking thru the program. I am getting used to Phase 2. Idk if I will be ready for Phase 3. Is it uncommon to repeat a phase in this program?

I think as long as you are doing something repeating a phase wouldn't be bad. I went into this looking it as a life style not a program that I had to complete so if I ever have to go back and repeat a week or phase it won't derail me.
Phase 3 is intense! Of course by the time you get to the end of phase 2 you might be ready for it.
  • I agree...there is no deadline you need to meet so as long as you're exercising and eating healthy, you can do w/e you want with the program! It's weird how programs can do that to you....I missed a shoulder and a leg day throughout this whole process and when I missed them I got all bent out of shape because I wasn't sticking to the program. It was weird but then I thought, I still exercised during those days so who really cares if I did them or not and I just kept going with the program. Do as many phases as you want as long as you're doing something youll get results!
  • I agree as well. I really got off track with being sick and totally kicked myself for it. I finally realized at least I was making it to the gym even if I only got 3 days for a few weeks. And I did repeat certain weeks. I am feeling much better now that I don't worry so much about it. I was so depressed and felt I had failed. If you want to do some weeks over again, go for it. Phase 3 is super hard. I start week 11 next week.
