Week 4 weigh in - February 8th

I know this is two days early, but I'm away for the next week and I didn't want to miss out on logging my progress - well my LACK of progress
Well it's Friday here, so here I go:
SW: 134
Week1 : 133
Week 2: 130.8
Week 3: 130.3
Week 4: 130.3
That's right, no change in the last 5 days. Oh well!! This is how it works. This week I decided I needed to shake up my eating a little, I haven't been eating enough food and I haven't been eating enough times through the day (often just afternoon snacks, dinner and evening snacks). I've successfully reintroduced breakfast, a morning snack and lunch at a normal time ) and I'm pleased with myself. I'm less pleased with the calories I'm consuming, it's still probably not enough when you factor in how much exercise I do.

you have done amazing well already just stay motivated and you'll reach your goal, how much more do you have to go?0 -

18th January - 145.1; lost 1. 5
25th January - 143.6; lost 1.5
1st February - 140.4; lost 3.2
8th February - 140.2; lost 0.2
Total competition loss 6.4
Only lost 0.2 this week......better than a gain!

Had a way over calorie day on Sunday, so glad I lost a decent amount of weight, have a good week everyone!0 -
Starting weight=189 pounds
Week 1 (1/18) weight = 187.2 pounds
Week 2 (1/25) weight =184.4 pounds
Week 3 (2/1) weight = 184.2 pounds
Week 4 (2/8) weight = 184.8 pounds
I went the wrong way this week. I hope it is just the not so good for you (but delicious) meal I had for dinner last night. I also am going to try to get my water intake up because I have been feeling thirsty a lot lately. Here's to next week!0 -

I know, I have not lost a full lb in a couple of weeks. I still have a loss. I have been soo busy again this week, with painting. I did run on Wednesday, and step aerobics on Sunday. Doing alot of left-armed push-ups against a wall to even out my shoulders/arm from painting with my right arm!0 -

Hi all,
Sorry i'm late with my entry i've been as sick as a dog in bed watching movies and eating allsorts.
So i'm very surprised that i've stayed the same, it's good news I suppose but I am hoping to drop some more weight this week even though i'm still on the mend.

Aw thank you!! My goal is set at 130lb, but I've decided I need to lose more fat and gain some more muscle. So I'm not sure what weight I'm wanting to settle at - probably somewhere between 120 and 130.0 -
