6 weeks in ...the real deal!

Hey lovely livefitters! So most of us are 6 weeks into the program...do you see any results? What are you going to do differently this week? Do you like the program? I am lovin' it so far. I think I need to jumpstart my progress a little though. I am feeling stronger but I would like to get a little strict in terms of the meal plan. I have been having 2 -3 days where I eat whatever I want (not intended haha) just slip ups. I went grocery shopping and will plan all my meals according to Jamie's meal plan and have one meal /week when I go out to eat with my bf and THATS it! No nuts either...def. over did it in that dept. Its so funny how its 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. I can def. tell! I'd love to hear your thoughts on what you think you can do to make your progress better.

  • I agree, I haven't done well at the meal plan and did really bad in my eating the last 2 weeks resulting in a 4 pound gain. Yikes! I agree it is really hard to keep at it all the time. There are days that all I want is sodium. I have been doing well at not eating sugars but sodium really does it for me. Are you starting her meal plan next week?

    I really wish I were better about sticking to the eating plan. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to that.
    I definitely see a change in how hard my muscles are and I'm seeing a definition in my arms. I know if I ate better I would be seeing a lot better results. Darn loving food so much! :-)
  • I feel like women in general love food more than men...were we cursed with more appetites? haha Seriously though, my bf eats the amount he needs and he stops at that. My dad too....my mom and dad went on atkins to lose weight and while my mom couldn't take it my dad would pass up on his favorite snacks without a problem and lost the weight he needed to...it's so weird!
