Phase 2

Hey all! I will be starting phase 2 on Monday. I love the program so far and am excited/nervous to start phase 2.
Is there anyone else that is starting Phase 2 soon? Any advice from those already in phase 2? And how is everyone liking the program so far?

  • Welcome! Most of the group is on phase 2 right now. I am on week 10 and start 11 monday. I also really like the program, just wish I could eat as healthy as she recommends.

    I just finished the first week of phase 2 and it isn't as bad as it looks. It requires more time in the gym for sure and I had to break up weights and cardio. I do weights first thing in the morning and cardio when I get off work.

    Thanks! I can't wait to start tomorrow! I really am starting to miss the gym on my rest days!
