Week 3 Of The Challenge!

Hi All,
Just a quick update - this week I have lost 4lbs, which I am really pleased about & miles better than the 1lb I lost last week - so since the challenge started I have lost 8lbs, so 1 more lb to lose - fingers crossed!
Thank you for setting this up - it's given me something to focus on :happy:

well didnt lose any this due to pigging out. So once I have kicked this bug I shall start exercising like mad to try and lose the final four lb

So this week I've had a bad week and cheated a bit, not done any exercise and had some wine! And I'm the same as I was on Sunday. Go figure.0 -

i'm maintaining as well,and yeah thats better than gaining--two weeks in a row i weigh the same.......its ok as long as we keep exercising and eating healthy....
