Week 3 Of The Challenge!

Hi All,

Just a quick update - this week I have lost 4lbs, which I am really pleased about & miles better than the 1lb I lost last week - so since the challenge started I have lost 8lbs, so 1 more lb to lose - fingers crossed!

Thank you for setting this up - it's given me something to focus on :happy:

    well didnt lose any this due to pigging out. So once I have kicked this bug I shall start exercising like mad to try and lose the final four lb

    Ha, well I'm maintaining, that's better than a gain!! Hopefully I get some sort of loss by next week. You're all doing so well, well done everyone :)))

    Week 0 (Sunday 13th Jan): 141.4 lbs
    Week 1 (Sunday 20th Jan): 139.2 lbs
    Week 2 (Sunday 27th Jan): 139.2 lbs
    Week 3 (Sunday 3rd Feb): 138.4 lbs
    Week 4 (Sunday 10th Feb):

    Up, down, stall, stall , stall...

    So this week I've had a bad week and cheated a bit, not done any exercise and had some wine! And I'm the same as I was on Sunday. Go figure.

    i'm maintaining as well,and yeah thats better than gaining--two weeks in a row i weigh the same.......its ok as long as we keep exercising and eating healthy....

    AWESOME job for all those who already reached their goal!!! and those who are sooo close.
