Fit test 3 results.....lets share.

Howdy all my insane buddies
this morning i did my 3 rd fit test. ready to start month 2 tonight once my monsters go to bed. and i thought we could share our results and keep each other going.
Fit test #1, Fit test # 2, Fit test #3
1. Switch Kicks: 76 - 102 -115
2. Power Jacks: 23 - 42 - 41
3. Power Knees: 72 - 93 -114
4. Power Jumps: 14 - 27 -24
5. Globe Jumps: 8 - 10 -12 (full rotations)
6. Suicide Jumps: 7 - 13 -12
7. Push-up Jacks: 1 - 4 -15
8. Low Plank Oblique: 14 - 25 - 36
so i have gone down in a few things ( dunno how you go backwards but hey ho! just keep going) i am most proud of my push yp jacks. i know the number is still lo but i could hardly do 1 in the beginning so im happy

Here's mine. I was not in top condition for this. Partied a little too much Saturday night and spent most of yesterday dehydrated and not eating. So there you have it.

2. Power Jacks: 45 - 46 - 49
3. Power Knees: 55 - 61 - 69
4. Power Jumps: 17 - 20 - 23

A couple of my numbers went down too with the second fit test. I realized that my form was a ton better and this was likely the reason that my numbers went down. Form over speed, Shaun T says.0 -

a couple of mine stayed the same, and both the power jumps and power squats went down for fit test 3 for me... a sign my legs are a little tired perhaps?

Just finished my 2nd fit test today.
For the fit test, it improved, uhm, generally speaking...
1. Switch Kicks: 60 63
2. Power Jacks: 41 50
3. Power Knees: 77 97
4. Power Jumps: 26 32
5. Globe Jumps: 10 11
6. Suicide Jumps: 17 18
7. Push-up Jacks: 20 25
8. Low Plank Oblique: 58 66
For the measurements, I lost .25 inch on my waist, hips and thighs. A quarter of an inch! Uhm, yipee?! LOL Everywhere else is the same. Even the weight is the same. I'm a bit sad about it but I keep telling myself that the results will show at the end of month 2. Right? right?0
