Thursday - Ripped in 30 & Taebo Blast
Friday - Killer Buns and Thighs & Taebo Blast
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - BFBM

Going to step it up a notch this week!
Monday - 30 Day Shred Level 3
Tuesday -Ripped in 30 Level 3
Wednesday - No More Trouble Zones
Thursday - 30 Day Shred Level 3
Friday - Ripped in 30 Level 3
Saturday - Cardio (Body Revolution Cardio 3 or a run)
Sunday - Rest
There may be some movement of some this due to after work events but I'm going to shoot for my typical week.
Hope everyone is staying motivated! I'm looking forward to see what my Feb results will be.0 -

Saturday - Killer B&T

I had previously been getting in 30 minute on Tuesday and Thursday and an hour on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However, I just can't keep things caught up at my house right now.. So I am just going to complete one workout a day this week and not add the NMTZ or BFBM at the end each day and see if that is a good balance..

Tuesday - Power Sculpt - Level 1

Thursday - Cardio Kickbox
Friday - 6W6P - Level 10 -

Hey, don't feel bad about this at all, doing something is always better than doing nothing and unfortunately we have a life filled with work, cleaning our homes, looking after children, seeing friends etc etc. We can't be perfect, no-one can ever be perfect, but provided we make the effort to make changes to our lives that is all that matters. You are doing more than enough this week so be proud of yourself :-)0 -

Hey, don't feel bad about this at all, doing something is always better than doing nothing and unfortunately we have a life filled with work, cleaning our homes, looking after children, seeing friends etc etc. We can't be perfect, no-one can ever be perfect, but provided we make the effort to make changes to our lives that is all that matters. You are doing more than enough this week so be proud of yourself :-)

Due to work, my hubby isn't around to help to much with house work, cooking and such. So, usually it's down to me.. and after two weeks of not moping my kitchen floor, I need to cut some time somewhere. lol
I am also helping my step mother and mother plan my sister's extravagant, way to expensive, sweet sixteen that is March 2nd and also plan my baby's first birthday party that is going to be March 23rd....
I have so much to do and need about 8 extra hours each day to do it!:laugh:0 -

So I had to modify this routine. I dont think my body can take 6 days of these workouts...I've been so fatigued and overall not feeling like myself for the past couple of weeks. I think it may be because I cant/dont eat enough to work out that many days...as crazy as that sounds. I took off 3 days and my workout today (Sat) was so awesome...I did standard push-ups like a champ and it felt great! I think my body needed some time to recover...my nose has even stopped running...LOL So I've decided to go down to 4-5 days of workouts starting next week. This is how it went this week...
Monday - 30 Day Shred Level 3
Tuesday - Ripped in 30 Level 3
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Rest
Saturday - No More Trouble Zones
Sunday - Rest
I hope this change doesnt cause any set backs in inches loss...guess we'll see at the next checkpoint.
