    I didn't have the greatest week. I ate a lot of chocolate. But this week I am kicking it back into gear!! I want to finish strong!
  • 0 pounds lost.
    This is my second week at 293. No tinkering with macros or calories yet. I think carbing up today and getting back into lifting after a week of shoulder soreness should help next weigh in.

    I am down 0.8 lbs and pretty happy about it since last week was really tough for me! Looking to re-focus now and finish strong.

    Going to give it til tomorrow to weigh in, but so far this week no loss..This is the 4th week with no loss on the scale. Thinking about recalculating my numbers and mixing things up for a couple weeks.

    I'm down less than two pounds in total. But I've lost most of that in fat mass not muscile mass. Not a great week for me. I had a headache for several days and it's that time of the month.

    I did gain 0.5 lbs this week but I am ok with that!!!! I will believe its water weight =)

    Weigh in for today: 137.2 which is a 1lb loss. Awesome! But more awesome, I weighed in at 136.6 on friday (my regular weigh-in day). Hoping to see 136.0 this time next week! Keep up the good work everyone!

    I was so happy, thinking I'd broken this stupid plateau I seemed to be stuck in.. but lo and behold, here I am still sitting right around the same weight 3 weeks later. /cry..

    27Jan: 194.8 my first actual loss since Christmas! (-2.2)
    3Feb: 193.4 ok, looking like a loss again.. (-1.4)

    My weightloss for this week hasn't been as consistent as the other weeks and I blame TOM but I'm still taking what I've loss and being happy

    I weigh every day, and I will say that the weekends are hard on my weigh-ins. I take in a lot of salt/processed foods and bloat like crazy. Working on diminishing this intake, I did well Friday night and Saturday was not good. Will get a handle on this soon enough.

    I think I did pretty good this week! I lost a total of 2 pounds and I made my next goal which is to be in the 180's! YAY!

    Have lost 9.1 lbs since begining of challenge
    I have lost 14 pounds since the beginning of the year.

    Up 1 lbs this week. Been hovering around the same number for the past couple weeks (gain 1, lose 1.) I know I'm not drinking enough water so that's my personal challenge this week to see if it helps at all.
