I didn't have the greatest week. I ate a lot of chocolate. But this week I am kicking it back into gear!! I want to finish strong!0 -

This is my second week at 293. No tinkering with macros or calories yet. I think carbing up today and getting back into lifting after a week of shoulder soreness should help next weigh in.0 -
I am down 0.8 lbs and pretty happy about it since last week was really tough for me! Looking to re-focus now and finish strong.0

I'm down less than two pounds in total. But I've lost most of that in fat mass not muscile mass. Not a great week for me. I had a headache for several days and it's that time of the month.

I did gain 0.5 lbs this week but I am ok with that!!!! I will believe its water weight

Weigh in for today: 137.2 which is a 1lb loss. Awesome! But more awesome, I weighed in at 136.6 on friday (my regular weigh-in day). Hoping to see 136.0 this time next week! Keep up the good work everyone!0

I was so happy, thinking I'd broken this stupid plateau I seemed to be stuck in.. but lo and behold, here I am still sitting right around the same weight 3 weeks later. /cry..

I weigh every day, and I will say that the weekends are hard on my weigh-ins. I take in a lot of salt/processed foods and bloat like crazy. Working on diminishing this intake, I did well Friday night and Saturday was not good. Will get a handle on this soon enough.0 -
I think I did pretty good this week! I lost a total of 2 pounds and I made my next goal which is to be in the 180's! YAY!
