  • Ok, tonight will be my first shot at the 30DS, I picked it up this weekend. I haven't measured myself and am frankly scared to.

    I know my bust measurement, but thats all. I'll try to get the rest done tonight before I do my workout, but my starting weight for the 30DS is 201.1. My original starting weight on MFP was 205, but original starting weight before MFP was 225. My goal for the 30DS is going to be 20 lbs and a major tone-up.

    I took these measurements the day I started 1/02/2013.
    Weight-175lbs
    Bust-42"
    Waist-38"
    Hips-42"
  • Weight - 136 lbs
    waist - 28.5"
    hips - 38"
    thighs - 23"
    arms - 10"
    under bust - 30"

    My measurements after 10 days of level 1 are
    weight - 133 lbs
    waist - 27"
    hips - 37.5"
    thighs - 23"
    arms - 10"
    under bust - 29"
    so i have lost 3 lbs and 3 inches but my whole body feel tighter and my arms have more definition even though they have the same measurement.

    Current:
    Weight: 164.8 (-4 lbs)
    Bicep: 12" (-1)
    Chest: 37"
    Waist: 32.5" (-1)
    Hips: 42.5" (-.5)
    Thigh: 24.5" (-.5)

    Total loss: 4 pounds and 3 inches in 17 days.
    My weight did not budge until this week and then it dropped 4 pounds. Whoosh!

    Ok, so!

    30 days of bun punchin' complete!

    I lost like an inch off the smallest part of my waist, and 1.5 off of the saggiest part of my belly! Woo!!

    I definitely feel stronger and motivated to keep going.
