What level to do when?

I'm just about to start my 30DS. I previewed level 1 last night and am a little scared. Haha.
I was wondering when you're supposed to move up a level. Do you do a certain amount of days at level 1 and then move to level 2? Or can you do all 30 days at level 1? Is there a specific schedule?

    Hiya! I'm about to do day 3 of level 1, my understanding is you do 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2 then 10 days at level 3. It sounds like a lot to do it straight through and I think you need to listen to your body if you feel you need a rest day, as 30 contonuous days of exercise is a lot for anyone!! Hope you enjoy it! I'm finding it good, although for some reason it's my calves that are hurting the most!! Feel free to add me if you want to compare notes!! :)
