Hi, I see the last post on a 30 Day Shred topic was a month ago so I guess everyone has completed their 30 days. I just started at the weekend, and completed day 5 of Level 1 today. I'm feeling great for it already and am enjoying it, although it's tough, even the Level 1, I am having to do the easier versions of things…
For those who have started, where are you at in the workout and how has it worked for you so far mentally and psychically? I am on day 15 and am seeing dramatic changes in my body and endurance since day 1. Here are my day 15 results: If you have any of your own whether they are pictures, measurements or just a description…

Hi Guys.... Just wondering what size weights people are using. I have just completed day 4 of level 1 and I have been using 3lb weights. Started 30 Day Shred again today. Day 1 done :3 Amazing how much easier the first level seems.
I'm just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on level 3. I just did it for the first time and I did not enjoy it at all. All the jumping exercises are too hard on my knees and I feel like if I don't do the jumping aspect, then I'm not getting a decent enough workout. Thoughts?
So how are you guys feeling, are you still doing it? If so where are you?
Here's my 2 cents. I haven't seen anything where Jillian Michaels says we should do this for 30 days in a row with no rest days. I did find a link to a video of her several months ago where she was asked about it. She recommended 2 days on and one day off. So don't kill yourselves and don't injure yourselves. Take rest…
Mine is to lose 28 pounds by the June 1st because that's when I go on a trip to Manhattan, NY like every summer where I always get new clothes but then stop fitting in them eventually. I also graduate highschool in June, so what I better time to begin a new life with a new me! Also, I am 8 pounds in :D so 20 more to go!
So today I am supposed to start level 2. My knee has been pretty sore and I just checked out whats in store at level 2 and Im thinking this could really suck. Seems like the modified version is more knee friendly though. Should I start it today or keep doing level 1 until my knee feels normal?
