Level 3

I'm just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on level 3. I just did it for the first time and I did not enjoy it at all. All the jumping exercises are too hard on my knees and I feel like if I don't do the jumping aspect, then I'm not getting a decent enough workout. Thoughts?

I dislike level 3 because it has some really tough moves that are concentrated on weak parts like the elbows and such. I have 8 days left on it!0

I thought it was so tough at first. But after doing it a few times now, I actually enjoy it!0
