Level 2 - knees

So today I am supposed to start level 2. My knee has been pretty sore and I just checked out whats in store at level 2 and Im thinking this could really suck. Seems like the modified version is more knee friendly though. Should I start it today or keep doing level 1 until my knee feels normal?

    I'd say do level 1 until you feel comfortable moving to level 2. There is no specific timeline on when to move up a level. Jillian even says in her intro to move to level 2 "when you feel ready." If your knee is giving you some trouble right now, I'd say you're not ready to move on. And that's perfectly ok!
