A little overwhelmed, but hello. :)

I just joined this group. I've been reading some of the links, looking at menu ideas, tinkering with the settings on my food diary, and generally trying to get oriented. I'm thinking I might need to take a little break from reading, at least until my mushy brain firms back up again, but I wanted to introduce myself (and shamelessly beg for friendship) before I step away from the computer.

  • It can be overwhelming. My suggestion is to learn the basics of low carb...why it works, how it works, etc. you van check books out at the library. From that you can build on your knowledge. Try to keep it simple. :smile:

    Well, this is day three since I adjusted my macros and started aiming for lower carbs. I actually feel great, and haven't been hungry between meals. For the first time since I joined this site, I'm having no trouble staying under my calorie goal. Thanks for the replies. :)
