I am conflicted about week 3. It totally kicked my butt, but it went by really fast! I feel like I did not get the results I wanted from the past 2 weeks so I hope these last 2 weeks will give me something that I want! I might start running on every other day. I might start tomorrow and see how I feel about it. Just interval running, one on and one off.
I have such a hard time with those table top moves. I don't think my shoulders are flexible enough to fully rotate. Ugh. Frustrating.
I am excited about my menu this week tho!

Hey ... great job!!!! how bad was it???? I am asking specifically because I have a bit of a cold.... and dont want to miss the work out, specially because it takes me a while to get over this kind of things and that would mean having to start all over from week 1.... what's your take on it.... is it doable with a cold???0

uhhh.... it might suck pretty bad if you do it with a cold. I felt the nausea in circuit 1. LOL0

Just finished day 2. I contemplated not doing it, but then thought about how much I want to get back in shape. So, I did it. I did not add in the running though. Maybe after this program I can run and do week 1 again and work my way up through the program again.

Hi Jessica, so I did the workout yesterday and this morning .... so that I am currently on day 2 week 3 ... It was hard but I didn't feel the cardio was as challenging as week 2.... but those bear crawls and duck walks really kicked my butt...
I think the work out also kicked my cold's butt because i feel better today!!!! 2 more weeks and that is it....
I gotta say that those rock n roll crunches or abs or what ever are killing me !!! i feel like i might just break on the way down at any given moment!!!!
How are you today???? Sore anywhere?? for me mainly my arms and I gotta say my wrists are also taking a beating ....

Glad you feel better martha! I just did day 3 and feel awesome. The cardio was not as challenging when it came to being out of breath, but there is a lot more muscle burn in the cardio section than in the past. I am loving it. I am getting excited about week 4 already. I look forward to doing a round 2 with added running too.
I am not really sore from this week, which is odd. My wrist are kind of bad, but I just assumed it was from my previous injuries during high school.

Hello Jessica!!! I too just finished day 3 I gotta say my whistst and biceps are killing me.... as for the cardio I agree whith you it is not so bad.... have you been able to properly do the rock n' roll crunches I feel like I fall on my *kitten* every time and am always afraid I will hurt myself... long story short, I hate them... lol
Have you done the 30 day shred???? I am looking for opinions on it ... I was thinking of starting it after this one ...

Just did day 4! Only 2 more days and then we are on to a new workout!
I have the hardest time getting up from those rock n roll crunches without crossing my legs on the push up. LOL. I felt pretty shaky and weak today. :0( Not sure why.
I have done part f the 30 day shred. I did not finish it all the way thru. It is a similar set up to this one with the 3 circuits. In what I can remember, it is not as tough as this one, but still decent. It only has 3 levels tho, so you just kind of move on when you feel like you can within the 30 days. That one hurt my wrist more than this one too. There are more repetitive moves. Hope that helps!0 -
Thanks a lot for your input ... its really helpfull i wanna keep going once this is done but i need something that will help me loose those last pounds and hopefully at a nice pace so I don't lose motivation...
I did day 4 today and I gotta say my arms and obliques are killing me !!!! you know how she says "YOU SHOULD BE CURSING AT ME FROM YOUR LIVING ROOM !!!" guess what i have been doing it and didn´t feel like i needed her encouragement to do so... LOL

Have an early day today, so got my workout in super early! I knew I would not want to later today. Day 5 done! Just one more day! There is always one time during this weeks workout where she is just talking and talking and every time I find myself telling her to shut up! LOL

Day 5 done!!!!! one more day and one more week !!!! my back is achng horribly!!!! Can't wait for sunday!!!!! I am exhausted.... but extremely proud of myself i had started video workouts before and never made it to week 3 without skipping somedays in between ....

Day 6 and week 3 is complete! I wonder what is going to happen for the last week.
I too have started many programs/videos and not finish. I usually don't have someone to hold me accountable and keep me motivated. I did for a while at work. I had a group of ladies and we all worked out together, but then I moved and have not started a new job yet and so I don't have a group yet. I think us doing this on here has made me stick with it! I say that wee keep doing this even if we are doing different things!0 -
I like your idea.... for me too writing and logging everyday knowing that someone else is doing the same thing and reading my posts has kept me going .... along with knowing someone else shares the same pain....
I finished day 6 week 3 yesterday but my day was horribly busy so I didn't have a chance to log it in.... I was thinking of starting day 1 week 4 today because next weekend is my brother's wedding and I won't be able to work out..... still I am exhausted today so.... I don't know whether I will or not...so I'll try to take it easy today and will get my work out in at night ... will let you know what week 4 holds a in store....
